Online orders are shipped from Monday to Friday. Orders received before 14:30 will be dispatched the same working day. 

Orders received after 14:30 will be dispatched the next working day.  

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be emailed to you. All orders will be trackable online.

The shipping address cannot be changed once we have received your order. You will need to make a new order with the correct shipping address. Orders with the incorrect shipping address can be cancelled instantly, please email info@CrepLDN.com quoting your order number to cancel.

UK Orders 

All UK orders are shipped with DPD using a next day delivery service. On occasions, orders may be shipped with Royal Mail or Parcel Force. A signature will be required on delivery. Orders will be delivered on weekdays Monday to Friday.

International Orders

We are able to ship orders to all countries worldwide.

International orders are shipped with DHL, DPD or Parcel Force depending on the country. Delivery times will vary depending on the country.

Customs Charges (International Orders Only)

We cannot be held responsible for customs charges the recipient may incur when receiving their order. Please check with your countries customs office if customs charges will be due when receiving goods.

Packaging

All items are sent in custom cut to size corrugated cardboard boxes to ensure protection of the shoe box and shoes. We also use discreet and plain packaging boxes so your shoes don't go "accidentally" missing during the delivery process. Safety first!
